Mercedes-Benz celebrates 125 years

To mark the 125th birthday of the motor car, Mercedes-Benz is introducing an exceptional range of products.
Mercedes-Benz explained that highlights of the new product range include specially created, top-class models of legendary vehicles.
"Other unusual, high-quality accessories are also designed to reflect the 125 year history of the inventor of the motor car," the car manufacturer said.

Furthermore, in recognition of the anniversary Mercedes-Benz is introducing a selection of miniature models commemorating milestones in the company's history.
"These remarkable models include the Benz Patent Motor Car from 1886," the manufacturer explained.
"This finely wrought three-wheeler can proudly claim to be the first motor car in history and to have paved the way for individual mobility."

The 125 years of innovation selection also includes "design icons" such as the Mercedes-Benz 500 K Special Roadster from 1936 and the 300 SL Gullwing Coupe from 1955.
Mercedes-Benz added that the elegant 1972 S-Class and the contemporary Mercedes-Benz CLS are other stylistic milestones.
